Residential real estate closings

Having completed literally over 10,000 real estate closings in the Chicago and collar county areas, Renee has a reputation of being easy to work with and balanced in her approach. We are expert in managing all legal aspects of the transaction from Purchase/Sale contract negotiation via the Attorney Review process, negotiations regarding inspection findings, preparation of property deeds and closing documents. Our primary business for corporate clients is managing the legal aspects of closing REO transactions in Chicago and around the state of Illinois. Can be thought of as Managing the legal aspects of the property disposition (sale), after a real estate property foreclosure has been completed. This can involve court appearances, administrative court (usually city fines or infractions), negotiations with Buyers and their representatives, City officials, Condo Association boards, preparation of deeds, preparation and filing of closing documents, regular status updates and reporting, and managing the funds transfer.
